DescriptionLidded oval box made of birch bark with a wooden bottom attached by iron tacks. It is decorated with porcupine quill embroidery; the lid edge is decorated with split spruce root and quill with sweet grass bound along the upper edge. The quill colors are purple, red, black, green, yellow, and natural white (undyed).
