Burl walnut, eight day striker, engraved brass dial with matted center and finely executed spandrels, days and month indicator. Pierced steel hands. Flat top with pierced fret-work between moldings. Spiral columns at sides of square dial, molding around long door. Rectangular base (slightly restored) with moldings and flat feet. With key.

Inscription

signed at base of dial: Tho. Tompion Londini Fecit. '123' stamped on the backof the plate movement.
