Long cover, made up of pieces of a shawl. Jacquard-patterned compound twill weave with polychrome wefts; very fine black warp. Field shows dense pattern of pointed and curling leaves decorated with small blossoms and sprigs. In border, undulating floral vine. Lined with changeable purple-blue silk taffeta and light blue silk taffeta border. Some seams loose.
