DescriptionLuna Moth fan. Single white silk leaf painted in oil (?) in shades of green forms wings, decorated with brass, plated steel, silver-plated copper sequins green and blue sequins, gilt-silver yarns and net; gilt-silver insert center. Thirteen carved hornbeam (?) sticks painted green, silver and gilt-silver form body. Mother-of-pearl buttons on rivet, brass ring.
