Black wool broadcloth, double breasted frock coat with turn-down collar, V-notch lapels; long waist, short skirts, back pleats and vent; closed cuffs and covered buttons: 5 pairs front, 4 back vent. Linings: quilted wool (except facings); red, white and blue glazed cotton sleeves; silesia tail pockets.
