Man’s full-fashioned fancy half hose. Knitted black lisle (cotton) with faggot-stitched zigzags and four vertical rows of embroidered purple [unable to enter mark] pattern on boot. Ribbed top; spliced heel and toe. Marked “Louis Hermsdorf, Dyer,” “Special Lisle” and “Germany.”
