Rust, red, yellow, blue and natural ecru rectangular cotton cloth with twisted fringe. The piece was woven in two lengths and then hand-sewn together along the center, lengthwise. The design motifs, created by ikat technique, consist of a grid work of stylized floral forms in the main field and three bands of floral and triangular motifs, known as “tumpal,” at the fringed ends.
