DescriptionMan's semi-formal court robe (jifu) with horse-shoe cuffs and side opening and design of water and mountain across the bottom, above which are five-clawed dragons, clouds, bats, endless knot and other auspicious symbols in green, red, blue, black and white silk and gold discontinuous supplementary patterning wefts on a yellow silk satin ground; neckband and cuffs have design of water, dragons, clouds and auspicious symbols in silk and gold discontinuous supplementary patterning wefts on a dark blue silk satin ground; lined with yellow silk damask.
