Man’s double breasted short waistcoat, of cream colored satin, buttoned down front, turned back lapels, slash pocket on each side, standing collar, with only the front of collar of satin, embroidered with polychrome silk floss in design of roses, carnations and forget-me-nots; lined with linen, back of coarse linen.
