Man’s blue silk lampas waistcoat with dark tan glazed twill back and lighter tan glazed twill lining; narrow strips of leather along bottom edges of inside front flaps; lampas in small floral pattern of white weft floats; roll back collar; slash pocket in each front; one bound small pocket in left front; small self covered buttons; straps and buckle at lower back; inscription “Mr. H. W. Sargent” on lining of left front
