Foreparts: blue silk satin brocaded with rose silk in floral motif; blue braid edging. Single breasted. Shawl collar. V-line straight cut. 5 covered buttons. 2 welted pockets. Black glazed cotton back with tabs and rectangular brass buckle marked “DE POS/1855.” White glazed cotton lining, red leather at base of foreparts.
