Waistcoat: foreparts: pale blue silk satin embroidered like coat at collar, front line, bottom, pockets, buttons; blue silk twill and white cotton lining; white glazed cotton back with 6 linen tape ties; single-breasted, high stand-up collar, closed front with modified points, 9 button closure.
