DescriptionMan's sleeved waistcoat; foreparts of white silk rep brocaded with polychrome silk, wrapped and flat gilt-silver yarns in rococo floral motif. Single breasted. Front line slightly cut away at midline with long skirts flared over side vents. 17 gilt-silver covered buttons and buttonholes (5 sham at base) at front, 3 each at pockets, 1 each at wrists. White silk rep sleeves slit at back of wrists. 2 flapped pockets. White silk rep back with short vent. White cotton lining.
