Obverse: Profile bust of Marcellus Malpighius looking to proper right; inscribed at edge “MARCELLVS·MALPIGHIVS·PHIL·ET·MED·BON” and under bust “AET:AN:LXIII”.

Reverse: Woman in classical dress reclining on a pedestal; inscribed at edge “TVTISSIMO·LVMINE·EXHIBITIO”, in exergue “BONON”, and on pedestal [cannot read].
