Circular medal of Marie Antoinette (1755-1793), commemorating her marriage to Louis XVI (1770).

Obverse: Profile bust of young Marie Antoinette looking to proper left; inscribed at edge “M.ANTO.A.A.LUDO.FRANCIAE DELP.SPONSA” and under bust “W.H.”.

Reverse: Winged male at proper right and woman, holding cornucopia, at proper left, with altar between; inscribed at edge “CONCORD.NOVO.SANGVIN.NEX. FIRM.” and in exergue “NVPT.CEL.VIEN.PECCV/FERD.A.A.19.APR./1770”.
