Horns are the trademark of the zamble mask-being, who portrays the bushbuck antelope. In performance, zamble drapes a cloth over its back and the rim of the mask and wears the pelt of a wild cat associated with the wilderness, as well as a fiber skirt and other paraphernalia, such as bells on its arms. Its trademark is a whip, which it cracks vigorously
