DescriptionThe spoon has a fig-shaped bowl and a tapering hexagonal stem. The finial is in the form of Christ holding an orb and cross in his left hand, and raising his right hand in benediction. The spoon is apparently cast in one piece; the nimbus is cast separately and applied.
