Obverse: An architectural platform with a column at proper right and proper left, stairway at front, and a pedestal at center, celestial forms above; inscribed on column at proper left “B”, below “DES F”, and in exergue “[square form and then three dots] DES HHH/O [three dots] DU HAVRE./5813”.
Reverse: Inscribed at center in wreath “HARMONIA/HONOR/HUMANITAS/REGUNT.”.
