Obverse: Bust of Septimius Severus right, laureate, cuirassed and draped.
Inscription in Greek.
Reverse: Amazon standing left, wearing turreted crown and tunic, holding small pelta, double axe (and drapery?) in left hand, and model of temple in right; behind her, Nike, holding palm branch in left and crowning Amazon with right; below at left, altar (?).
Inscriptions in Greek around and in exergue.
