This medium globular jar is almost symmetrical. It is fashioned of black-topped redware. The rim is unworked, and the base comes to a rounded point. Ripple-burnished with a large hole near the base.

Provenance

From Koshtamna (ASN 89/ 768). 1909. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government.
