DescriptionThis redward jar has a complex profile essentially comprised of two joining globular components with no intervening neck. The base comes almost to a rounded point. IT has a wide mouth with slightly inverted, unworked rim with some blackening.
ProvenanceFrom Nubia (Egypt). Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government.
