This miniature black-topped redware jar has a flat base, convex sides, and an inverted rim. Much of the surface has flaked away.

Provenance

Shellal. (ASN 7/353). 1907: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; awarded to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
