This miniature slender jar has subtle, high-set shoulders with a very short, slightly concave neck and thickly rolled rim. The base is narrow and rounded almost to a point.
From Kerma, Cemetery N, grave 11. 1915: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
