Looking glasses and mirrors

Mirror with Vanitas still-life. In elaborately carved frame of light wood, probably walnut, on easel stand. Reverse painting on glass shows a skull draped with thistle. Book open, resting on another at left showing profile portrait of man in red robe against blue background. Also scalloped sea-shell with bubbles, and gold with black auricular candlestick with a short candle. Objects resting on brownish marbled tabletop partially covered with green and blue materials. Applied gold patches around sides of frame.
