This small, model wooden table is assembled from four legs that have been dowelled and pinned to a rectangular tabletop. The top has been provided with circular depressions for vases. The whole object was covered with white paint, some of which has flaked off.

Provenance

From Deir el-Bersha, tomb 10, shaft A (tomb of Djehutynakht). May 1915: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt. (Accession Date: March 1, 1921)
