DescriptionThe wings of the insect have opalescent, en carbochon enameling and a silver upper edge set with small diamonds. The eyes of the bee are set with emeralds and the body has a cabochon sapphire, a small row of diamonds set in silver, and an oval opal. The underside of the body has striations on the goldwork. The ornament is unmarked.
