DescriptionCircular medal of Napoléon Bonaparte (1769-1821), first consul of France, commemorating the Treaty of Luneville.

Obverse: Profile bust of Napoleon looking to proper left; inscribed at edge "BONAPARTE PREMIER CONSUL DELA REPUBLIQUE FRANSE" and on shoulder "ANDRIEU F".

Reverse: Standing female (probably Peace) at center wearing classical costume and holding a branch in her right hand; inscribed at edge "PAIX DE LUNEVILLE", below "ANDRIEU F.", and in exergue "LE XX.PLUVIOSE/AN IX.".
