Obverse: Profile bust of Napoléon looking to proper left; inscribed at edge "NAPOLEON BONAPARTE" and under bust [cannot read].
Reverse: Man seated at proper right on rocks with head in hands and winged figure at proper left, kneeling and holding pen in hand with scroll at feet and a trumpeting victory figure above; inscribed at proper right "MUD[ ]", at proper left "MILLS F", in exergue "NAPOLEON AT S:HELENA".
