Obverse: Profile bust of Napoléon looking to proper left; inscribed at edge “BONAPARTE 1ER CONSUL DE LA REPUBLIQUE FRANSE” and below “ANDRIEU F”.

Reverse: Standing winged victory figure writing on tablet in front of spoils; inscribed on tablet “A/LA GLOIRE/DES ARMEES/FRANCAISES”, below: “[ AQ]”, and in exergue “PAIX GENERALE/1801-1802”.
