This is a string of ninety-four carnelian ball beads with a central scarab of dark green stone, possibly jasper. The design on the base consists of a lotus flower and buds.

From Zawyet el-Aryan, Grave Z 77/X, 1911: Excavated by the Harvard University–Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
