Rev: TWENTIETH CONVERENCE / BOSTON on a raised beaded rim, around two columns entwined with a banner reading MA / SS / ACHUS / ET / TS and superimposed with a codfish facing right, 1964 below.

The medal is patinated with a thin black varnish.
