DescriptionThe body of this lekythos is decorated with an owl sitting on an olive branch. The owl's head and legs are covered in dots, while the feathers on its wings and tail are indicated by a grid-like pattern. The owl faces frontally, displaying both of its large, staring eyes. The field with the owl and the branch is bordered by a meander pattern above, while the shoulder carries a ray pattern.
