DescriptionRed with concave base. Side decorated with feather and rainbow motif in orange, sienna and black on cream-colored slip ground. Black rings border rim of mouth and lower edge of cream-colored ground. Smoke marks of firing and some rubbing of decoration is pervasive. Condition of jar undamaged, uncracked and not chipped.
Marks Within base modern paper tag notes: "Zia c. 1890."
Old paper label on side bears illegible inscription.
