Ground: ikat cotton. Tied and dyed warp threads (of blue, brown and cream) cover brown binding-wefts in a cloth weave. Very worn. Design: elaborate interlaced Kufic inscription painted in gold with a black outline: covers the width of textile. Inscription: (.03 high) undeciphered. Similar to 34.115 See note.
