DescriptionRed silk taffeta upper embroidered with gilt-silver yarns, wire and sequins in scrolling floral motif, cross on vamp; latchets with red ribbed silk ribbon ties tie over low round tongue; gold silk binding along top; lapped side, butted back seams. Round toe. Flat heel. Leather sole. Buff leather insole, quarter lining; plain cotton vamp lining. Condition: patch at toe of (a), silk and binding worn in places.
