Pair of portieres and matching valance; curtains (a,b) of pinkish red satin ground with design, in white, of symmetrical large-scale arrangement of garlands and swags of flowers and pearls; bunches of flowers and butterflies in interspaces; laurel wreaths and arrows tied with ribbons; made of two widths of material; lined with glazed cream-colored cotton; interlined with layer of reddish cotton cloth and layer of cotton fleece; bound with red tape; hooks on upper edge; soiled and somewhat worn on edges; matching valance (c), triangular in shape, made of small pieces of material; lined with cream-colored cotton; edged with red and white galloon and red and white covered wood quills and balls.
