Woman's riding boot. Dark brown leather upper embroidered with gilt-silver yarns with blue, red, green, black silk details in motifs of swag with tassel at top border; horse with decorative motifs to sides, fleur-de-lis below, at top; scrolling fleur-de-lis along seam between top and vamp; arms with griffin on toe; stylized brass spur with rowel, inscribed "BTE S.G.D.G."; lapped side, butted back seams. Round toe. Dark brown leather covered Louis heel, brass to piece with decorative border. Leather sole. Blue leather top lining, twill tape straps.
