Figured natural cotton (warp) and gilt (weft) uppers with gilded leather straps; open shanks; straps with yellow stone gilt buckles at insteps. Round toes. Leather soles marked “Hand Tailored.” Gilded leather Spanish heels. Pink leather insole and lining marked “Thayer McNeil Company, Boston” and “6C…”; gilded leather welts.
