DescriptionPair of women's gloves, possibly made for the Empress Eugenie. White leather, embroidered on back of hand and on gauntlets with tarnished metal thread, and red silk. An "N" surmounted by an imperial crown on each gauntlet. Tassels of red and white silk at each wrist. Collection Achille Jubinal No. 28.
