DescriptionThis is a tear drop-shaped, medium-grained palette of medium-gray stone with a raised ridge on each flat surface running along the long dimension. It has a chip along one edge.
ProvenanceFrom Dakka (ASN102/243/1). 1910. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government.
