The design, a saint with a book and key, (St. Peter) standing under a niche, with a round arch, is couched with blue, white, green, and red and brown silk, black and red wool and silver thread, made by winding a linen thread with silvered-gold beaters’ skin. The gold thread, which is made with metal, was probably added later. The figure of the saint is applied.
