DescriptionDesign woven in gilded animal membrane wound on a linen core on a satin ground. Repeating pattern of the risen Christ in an ogival panel with symmetrical design of scrolls and flowers between these panels. Narrow border on each side. Wide selvedge on one side of several strips. Very worn, gold worn off.
