DescriptionNarrow band, with selvedges along both sides, cut at ends. Gold-wrapped linen wefts and red silk warps form herringbone ground in weft direction. Brocaded on this in red, ivory, white, blue and green silks are stylized tree at each end, a stylized blossom in center and between these the names "ihesus" and "maria". Gold mostly worn off; silks worn, exposing heavy linen secondary warps.
