DescriptionPicture, worked at Bradford Academy by Judith Bailey, great-grandmother of donor. Ivory satin ground, embroidered with polychrome silks in split and satin stitches. Shows a bouquet of mixed flowers bound at the stems with a narrow yellow ribbon. Circular composition. Some of the silks rotted out. Satin cracked and shows loose wefts where warp have broken. Intended to be framed with circulat mat.
