Violet satin ground. The conventional floral forms and leaves form an ogival framework, which encloses branches of conventional flowers and wheat, arranged symmetrically. The design is woven with pale yellow and white silk, and narrow strips of silver gilt. Only a small part of the pattern whcih is large, is shown.
