Stone. High relief. - almost wholly detached. Originally painted but paint nearly all off; that left, scaling. Heraldic shields at each side on back. Edges of back broken. Part of right hand of Christ missing.

MFA Bulletin XVIII, p. 37 identifies arms as Messire Jean de Wignacourt, Knight, Governor of Le Quesnoy in the 16th century.
