Chinese for export. Scalloped & molded edge, gilding worn, with blue circle & dot. Patterned border in blue on rim, geometric design around center & small gilt scroll between lines. In center in green & gold ribbon hung medallion, quartered arms, crest & motto: Dum Sisto Vigilo, on scroll.
