Cream-colored earthenware with polychrome enamel decoration. Relief ornament partment colored red around rim. Portrait of man in fancy floral frame, under which are the initials P. W D V. (Prince William V of Orange, the last Stadtholder of the Netherlands). Corners and center glaze mottled and a little worn.
