DescriptionPlate with the imperial Russian double-headed eagle with St. George and the Dragon on its breast. The chain of the Imperial Order of St. Andrew First Called hangs around its neck. Inner border of floral garlands in puce, mauve, green, yellow, blue and iron red interlaced with a mauve ribbon. The rim is pierced. Gold chain border on outer edge. Gold rim.
