Plate with the imperial Russian crest. Inner border of floral garlands in puce, mauve, green, yellow, blue and iron red interlaced with a mauve ribbon. The rim is pierced. Gold chain border on outer edge. Gold rim.

About 1785, created as part of a dinner service for Catherine the Great (b. 1729 – d. 1796), St. Petersburg. October 29, 1993, sold by Philip Suval, Inc. (dealer), New York, to Gretchen E.
